My Work!

PROJECT ONE

STERICK BUILDING

- Experimentation and innovation-

This project was apart of a traveling studio that took place in Memphis, Tennessee. The objective of the project, was centered around the rehabilitation of the area, and how we as designers can collectively work together in a conceptual way. My building was The Sterick Building, a 29 story building in the heart of downtown. Here are some highlights from the project!

PROJECT TWO

MAJESTIC HYBRIDS: How They Crawl

Furniture Design: Un-form-alized

Beginning in August of 24 and lasting for almost four months, this expedition involved many digital building platforms, and acute attention to detail. Within that time we learned how to build, measure, lathe, join, dress, glue, clamp and much more. But most importantly, we learned how to work efficiently, and conceptually design our interlocking stool systems.

PROJECT THREE

CHILDHOOD NOSTALGIA

Chicago Traveling Studio

Revolving around downtown Atlanta, this traveling studio project focused expeditiously on the built environment, connectivity from the street view to inside the building, and extensive demographic research. We were told to design an "Everything Library" in a way that would boost tourism, and benefit the local residents. Here is my project!

“As designers, it is not our job to create authenticity, it is our honor to create spaces in which it can be created.”

[Ashley Coon, third year studio professor]
